HARRISBURG, PA – September 9, 2026 − Today, Senator Patty Kim (D-Dauphin) announced over $2.4 millionin grant funding administered through the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) for organizations and county services that support victims of crimes in the 15th Senatorial District.
The newly approved PCCD funding comes from the Federal Sexual Assault Services Program Formula Grant, which supports survivors of sexual assault and abuse, and the Federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Grant, which provides crime victims with compensation, support, and services to aid restoration after criminal violence.
“The organizations awarded money through this round of PCCD grants work every single day to help crime victims and their families rebuild, restore, and heal during some of the most difficult times in their lives,” said Senator Kim. “I am proud to champion funding that ensures that all victims of crimes in Dauphin County can access the resources and support that they need.”
The following organization received funding from the Federal Sexual Assault Services Program Formula Grant Program:
- Respect Together received $1,140,753.
The following organizations received funding from the Federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Grant Program:
- Pinnacle Health Medical Services received $269,501.
- The Dauphin County Commissioners received $446,631.
- YWCA of Greater Harrisburg received $563,450.
