HARRISBURG, PA – Senator Patty Kim (D-Dauphin) today announced that $1,738,331 in funding from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) has been awarded to organizations and initiatives in the 15th District (Lower Dauphin County). The funding will expand victim support services and improve the overall response to crime victims throughout Dauphin County.

“From hospital-based advocacy to comprehensive training programs, these organizations provide expansive victim support services,” said Senator Kim. “This funding goes directly to organizations who are creating lasting improvements in how we serve those who have been harmed and help build a more responsive, compassionate system for all.”

The following organizations will receive funding:

Federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Funds

  • UPMC Pinnacle Hospitals received $291,352 for Victims of Crime Act renewal Grant 2025-2027
  • Dauphin County Commissioners received $482,844 for Victims of Crime Act 2025-2027 continuation grant
  • YWCA of Greater Harrisburg received $609,135 for Victim Services in Dauphin and Perry County
  • Pennsylvania District Attorneys Institute received $355,000 for Statewide V/W Training Project 2026-2029
